Hello bloggers! It has been a VERY long time since I posted. I would like to share that I have not fallen off the wagon... Just off the blogging train.
BUT I am back!
The greatest news of all, as of this morning, I am down 26 lb total weight and going strong! I was stuck in a rut for a long time- not gaining, but not losing, and that rut is over as well.
I'm determined to keep working out at least 3 times a week- maybe more if I find myself bored! And truly watching what I eat.
I've started cooking more and playing with different foods and spices- and actually counting my calories. Dinner is harder to track when I make it from scratch, but I have an awesome app that keeps track of everything for me :-)
I promise to stay more up-to-date and blog more often.
I pray everyone continues success in their goals and that God keeps guiding me in the right direction for healthy choices.
