Progress...

So I felt like this week wasn't a very successful week... I decided to eat out for the first time in weeks... And I didn't make as healthy of choices as I could have for some of my other meals.. But then I realized I played 5 hard core- sweaty volleyball games on Tuesday, I did a really good workout Wednesday, and Thursday and Friday I ran around playing games with kids... And I was happy to see when I got on the scale today the number went down and I am officially at a total loss of 3 INCHES around my rib cage area and THREE inches around my waist band too!! Yippee!! It's crazy, the lbs aren't dropping as fast but to see whole INCHES disappearing ... That's pretty cool.


Just did a celebratory Jillian workout... :-)

Needing a little kick in the butt...

Alright, so the good news is I'm down a few inches on my waist line... Bad news is my motivation has slowed down quite a bit.

I'm still eating healthy and taking my vitamins... But yesterday I didn't go to softball and I didn't do any sort of exercise. It was really pathetic. I was even telling myself to wake up early and do a workout but THAT didn't happen...

I DO have volleyball tonight, if the thunderstorms stay awake, and I found my Jillian Michaels 30 day shred video the other day so I am going to MAKE myself do it.

I love it when people tell me that they are noticing a difference... I just need to kEEP it going!!!??!!!!

Needing some motivation....

Feeling Good.

Why hello my blog friends. It's Sunday and I'm feeling good :-) today I finally picked up a scale to see just what my progress is. I wish I could have weighed myself last Sunday!

Yesterday was a track day- cornering class, where I spent 6 hours in the sun sweating, walking, taking photos, and drinking lots of water! It was a great day, but I'm very burned and crashed like a baby last night!

This week I'm looking forward to my first spin class on Tuesday, softball on Monday, and Yoga on Wednesday. And Jillian Michaels workout in between!

Oh, I wanted to mention that I've gotten into Vitamins. I spent about 40 minutes going through every vitamin in the store, reading the back label and researching exactly what they do for me... I know have a shelf full of vitamins including: b12, C&E, fish oil, Natural cayenne Fruit, Chromium Picolinate, Natural Acai, Fiber Advanced Gummies, and a multivitamin one a day! Its amazing how much more energy I've been having lately just from a little vitamins, exercise, and healthy eating will do!

In conclusion, I wanted to share that I'm down 7 lbs from my last weigh in at the doctors 3 weeks ago!! And I'm creditIng the last week and a half to most of it! Oh, and I wanted to share that my official goal is to lose 74 lbs. That would put me at a comfortable weight for my stature :-) and I know it's not going to happen over night- it could take over a year.. As long as that number keeps going down on the scale!

Lord, keep my motivation going! I need the strength and wisdom!

Gotta love Green Giant!


I discovered an amazingly easy way to eat veggies on the go! Green giant created this frozen veggie medley bags that with 4 minutes in the microwave, they come out crispy, fresh tasting and delicious! I just tried the zucchini, green beans, and carrots- so delicious, enough for two at 45 calories per serving! I ended up eating the whole thing except the carrots since I'm watching carbs. :-) Those veggies alongside a turkey burger, no bun, I just grilled with salsa on the side, was perfect! I'm satisfied, full, and feel good about myself. Now I'm going to do some laundry, cleaning and get my workout on!
