Progress...

So I felt like this week wasn't a very successful week... I decided to eat out for the first time in weeks... And I didn't make as healthy of choices as I could have for some of my other meals.. But then I realized I played 5 hard core- sweaty volleyball games on Tuesday, I did a really good workout Wednesday, and Thursday and Friday I ran around playing games with kids... And I was happy to see when I got on the scale today the number went down and I am officially at a total loss of 3 INCHES around my rib cage area and THREE inches around my waist band too!! Yippee!! It's crazy, the lbs aren't dropping as fast but to see whole INCHES disappearing ... That's pretty cool.


Just did a celebratory Jillian workout... :-)
