I need to stop looking at the scale.
I look at it every day and I find that it's much less satisfying when I see little decimals changing daily vs a bigger jump once a week. So it's decided: I will only weigh myself weekly.
On a good note, I like trying on clothes that were tight before and now they are too big. Always a good sign :-) - especially excited that my tight fitted skinny jeans aren't even clinging anymore.
Good signs my friends, good signs.
