Why hello my blog friends. It's Sunday and I'm feeling good :-) today I finally picked up a scale to see just what my progress is. I wish I could have weighed myself last Sunday!
Yesterday was a track day- cornering class, where I spent 6 hours in the sun sweating, walking, taking photos, and drinking lots of water! It was a great day, but I'm very burned and crashed like a baby last night!
This week I'm looking forward to my first spin class on Tuesday, softball on Monday, and Yoga on Wednesday. And Jillian Michaels workout in between!
Oh, I wanted to mention that I've gotten into Vitamins. I spent about 40 minutes going through every vitamin in the store, reading the back label and researching exactly what they do for me... I know have a shelf full of vitamins including: b12, C&E, fish oil, Natural cayenne Fruit, Chromium Picolinate, Natural Acai, Fiber Advanced Gummies, and a multivitamin one a day! Its amazing how much more energy I've been having lately just from a little vitamins, exercise, and healthy eating will do!
In conclusion, I wanted to share that I'm down 7 lbs from my last weigh in at the doctors 3 weeks ago!! And I'm creditIng the last week and a half to most of it! Oh, and I wanted to share that my official goal is to lose 74 lbs. That would put me at a comfortable weight for my stature :-) and I know it's not going to happen over night- it could take over a year.. As long as that number keeps going down on the scale!
Lord, keep my motivation going! I need the strength and wisdom!

You can do it Danielle.... Even if you slip up, it doesn't mean you've failed. Just keep going at it. You can do it! And you have lots of people around you to talk to when you need support.
